I am putting off Facebook, Pinterest (gasp!), cell phone, friends, and school for 18 months so that I can serve the Lord in the far off land of TEXAS. :)
I am so excited, I took a Mission Prep class at BYU and LOVED it! I report to the Provo MTC on June 26th and I'll be in the Intermediate Spanish class, which means I'll be there for 6 weeks before actually leaving for the heat and humidity of my future home.
Here's me opening my call--don't mind the fact that I'm ready to cry my eyes out here...and the fact that you can barely understand me! haha
I am so ecstatic to serve the Lord and I already feel so much love for the people of Texas. I know that it's where I am supposed to be and that this calling is by revelation from God.
